Rozi Csámpai conducts after-school programs for Roma children in the 8th district of Budapest, Hungary. She is a Roma artist who offers creative activities, like painting and dancing in the Glove Factory Cultural Centre. The district has a high share of unemployed and low-skilled population affected also by drugs and street crime problems. The Glove Factory aims at integrating the district into the cultural life of the capital city, but now it also fights for survival.
